“Excellent customer service, really helpful when we got sizing of boot wrong! Neo paw boots fit well and seem comfortable. Good for water as strong rubber sole. Salmon treats including skin very well recieved and gone down a treat 100% natural and good for sensitive tummy's. Definitely will be using canine concepts again reliable and timely service.”

“I had been trying to find an appropriate guard for my Jeep cherokee an came across Canine Concepts who were able to provide a guard for my vehicle along with a divider for my two dogs. The delivery was quick and I was able to fit the guard within minutes and I believe it is excellent addition to my car and the dogs love it, well pleased. thank you”

“The rope toy, which has different textures to help with dental hygiene is excellent. However the toy for treats, was very poor quality, within about half an hour my dog was destroying the actual plastic is was made from, and it had to be thrown away.”

“Our greyhound has two corns on a front foot, which cause him to limp when walking on hard surfaces, ie outdoors. We've been using circular corn plasters with mixed results - they work very well in the dry weather but come off very quickly if it is damp or wet. Purchased your Neo Paws neoprene boots which do the job in the wet, and stop him limping. Amusingly, when the boot is on, he walks the way a human being would walk with a bucket stuck on his foot...but he at least he isn't limping!”

“I bought the Kong Gyro feeding ball for my dog as she is an extremely fast eater and I wanted to slow her down. It worked! and Ive recommended this product to all my dog owner friends. I timed my Cockapoo eating from a bowl and she took less than 2 min to complete her meal. With the Gyro she takes about 10 min and has a lot of fun at the same time! Ordering and delivery were speedy and easy and I wish to say a bog thank you. Best wishes Alison”
