I've tried calling the number again and it shows you only work Monday to Friday. I'm extremely upset by the experience I've had so far as I feel canine concepts have given me a horrible experience from Thursday. Horrible. My relative who is very ill is now extremely panicked and I feel terrible. Why did I have to choose canine concepts? Why did your website have to look straight forward and offer services that weren't even available? Why when I was sent tracking information was I only sent a number but not even made aware of who the courier was? Why was I not made aware then that the order was split into two deliveries with separate couriers? Why do I still not know who is delivering the second part of the delivery? Or have any tracking information. Apparently it was supposed to come yesterday but by who I don't know and I have no notes through the door to say anything was attempted. I'm absolutely devastated. I suffer a lot with mental health not that I should have to advise this. I'm going through a LOT right now and this entire experience has taken a toll on me and my relative. Which I was trying to order all in one go for next day delivery for her to try and resolve a large stress she had been having. We are at home providing 24hr care to this relative and I've spent two days crying trying to explain that I don't know what's going on with her items. I never thought one order could have so many errors. I will never order from canine concepts again. I am returning the item that was delivered and don't even know how to return an item I have no tracking for. They could say it's been delivered and I don't even know because I know nothing about it. The guy I spoke with on the phone on both occasions was very unhelpful and made me feel annoying. I'm devastated.

Ordered a dog bed which should have been delivered in 48 hours. When it didn't arrive I phoned to check its progress, only to be told it wasn't in stock at the suppliers, yet no one had bothered to tell me. Had really needed to take it on holiday with us, and had I known they couldn't supply, would have made other arrangements. No bed, cancelled order, problem for senior dog - very disappointing customer service. If there is a problem, all customers want to know, not be kept in the dark.

I bought my teather tug and it snapped within minutes and cost nearly £70! Very poor product!

The crate has very sharp unfinished metal on it which could potentially cut me or my dog while getting him in or out of the crate so I won't be using it and as the company are wanting me to pay to return it to them I am ensuring that I first of all have it inspected by an RSPCA inspector.

I ordered a large bed for my dog, it never turned up. I telephoned and was told it was out of stock, but would arrive by Friday as new stock was arriving. Friday came still no bed. Telephoned again, was told its out of stock. Order cancelled as couldn't tell me when I would get my dogs bed.

The dog bath ordered was not only out of stock but discontinued, why advertise something you cannot provide? And I had paid for it.

Sadly the tag lead came un-plaited the first time i used it, so unfortunately i cant give it a positive review as i am unhappy with the purchase.

Very poorly made product. Zips were not stitched properly and didn't stay in place. Had to pay 12 quid for the postage to return the item. Have asked for it to be refunded, in particular because it was not my fault that an inferior products was sent. Not even had a further response from CC! I won't be ordering any more products from CC.

Ordered the correct size and fitted as per instructions however product does not work on my collie and he can still groom pretty much everywhere. Also paid extra for next day delivery on Wednesday but did not receive item until Saturday. No response after complaints sent so total waste of money

Ordered and paid online, requested express delivery as we needed the item quickly. Very disappointed to come home the following day to a phone message saying the item was out of stock and would not be available within our required timescale. Order was cancelled and our money refunded no problem, but we then had to rush out to find an alternative product. Web site should not give the impression that an item is in stock and available for quick delivery if that is not the case.

In such cases we make sure we contact you immediately with an alternative or a refund, to ensure you are not left waiting and can purchase from elsewhere if it is urgent. the first time i used this item both straps were pulled off either side, i have huskies and they do pull, however am sure the ad for the hands free belt shows a husky in the picture.

I have sent you numerous reminders to let me know by e mail when the dog ramp I wish to buy becomes available but you never replied. I have not as yet bought anything from you as what I need is out of stock and waiting to hear when it becomes available again. This is the very first I have heard from you and now you ask me how what I bought is liked by the dogs.

I am not sure that justifies negative feedback, as you have not yet bought something from us? Sadly, we cannot sell you something that is not in stock. Was disappointed by the quality of goods described as 'tuff toys' and didn't expect them to break within 5 minutes of giving them to my puppy. Considering how much I spent I expected them to last longer. When I complained I was told that they would or be refunded. Customer services was disgusting and my feedback is on Facebook and has been passed to others with dogs advising them to not purchase anything from your company.

Dear Teresa, Thank you for your feedback. As you can understand, some dogs are more destructive than others and we do put very clearly in bold in our sales receipt to supervise the dog when playing with a toy to ensure they are not likely to destroy it. If it looks like they will, then take it away quickly and return it to us in a saleable condiiton and we will refund you for it. But, we cannot refund toys that have been destroyed. We did email you back with some recommendations for more suitable tough toys for your dog. As there are many other options for tough toys for dogs. Kind regards, Patricia

Dear Sarah, Thank you for your feedback. We did advise you immediately that the manufacturers were out of the medium beds, so they were not available anywhere in the UK. We kept you informed through several emails on the update of the stock situation, which sadly we had no control over. At all times you had the option to cancel the order and get an immediate refund. You still wanted the Xlarge bed , which we sent immediately and upgraded you to next day courier service. We even applied £5 off your order. We do really try our best to provide excellent customer service and keep customers informed. However, we have no control on the manufacturing timescales of products. We can only do so much. We can't work miracles and create medium beds out of nowhere, but we do and have kept you informed , applied discounts and upgraded your despatch delivery. I am sorry you feel that is not good customers service.

the boots arrived covered in dog hair and weren't waterproof. We also had trouble keeping them on so all in all not great!
