Paw covers were far to big, I bought medium as recommended buy the store but were huge and postage was nearly £4 so it wasn't worth sending them back.

My item was in stock yet took a long time before delivery and I had to chase my order a couple of times.

The service from the company is ok but the dog boots I wanted to buy were out of stock so I chose a more expensive pair. These proved painful and indeed the cuff was so still it cut my spaniel's leg. I then had to purchase the original boots from another company.

Unfortunately I have a two door car which makes it difficult to use the hammock seat protector. Not your fault but a bad buy for me

Delivery time was good. Product (doggie boots for poorly foot) was ok, but not as 'comfortable' a product as I thought it might have been for the requirement and the sizing guidance is a bit out I think. Go larger if in doubt or on the cusp of S/M/L. Other than that, order was executed painlessly & kept up to date with progress. Would use again if I had a requirement.

Good range of products and fast delivery. However I asked a question about a promotion that had been advertised but was not visible on the website when ordering. The response time to this query was really not good. Both email and Facebook messages had to be sent and resent a number of times before a reply was actually received.

I wouldn't have mentioned this again, but since you ask for feedback it might prove useful to you. I ordered a large cage and accessories, including a mattress, and paid for next day delivery. My order and payment were both acknowledged, and later I received an email from Yodel advising that the order was in transit. There was no mention anywhere that any of the order wouldn't be arriving. When the goods arrived the order was incomplete as the mattress was missing. I didn't have anything big enough to use in the cage (or I wouldn't have ordered the mattress) but when I asked about the missing item I didn't have the impression that Canine Concepts actually cared. When I pointed out that if I'd known the mattress was out of stock I'd have ordered something else, I was advised: "Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused. We didn't want to delay your order, as we find that people usually need the crate urgently. I have in the past used old towels initially for puppies as they like cuddling underneath it, but of course you may not have a puppy. There should have been a little note in the sales receipt advising that the matt would follow? Apologies, if there wasn't . I shall raise it with the warehouse." The presence or lack of the note is immaterial - I should have known, when I placed the order, that the mattress was out of stock. There wasn't even any hurry to get the mattress to me when the new stock arrived so I had to wait until the middle of the following week. I'm sorry if this seems petty, but it was very inconvenient. If I hadn't needed everything on the order, the next day, I wouldn't have ordered it. Everything else in the order was absolutely fine, and I have no complaints about it. Thank you.

I am sorry to say I have not had good luck with the MIlo Bowl..if I carry it by the handle it leaks...I have tried carrying it reversed(carrying it upside down)...putting it inside a waterproof knap sack and basically about the only way I can keep it from leaking is to carry it flat...kind of defeats the purpose doesn't it? My shopping experience was fine. I was impressed by the ordering and delivery but I am disappointed in the product.

Well made doggy boot however was unable to fit onto rear paw with a bandage so was not really of any use but will keep maybe useful in the future

Paid extra for a two day service as want item before i went away, it didnt come until three days later. The postage was more to have it on a two day service.

Royal mail advise that it is a 1-2 day service, but sadly that is out of our control once we despatch the item and it is in royal mail's hands. Although I expected a medium size boot to fit my springer spaniel, it slipped off the dog's foot immediately. I then tried a small size which was just about OK provided that it was used over a bandage. A Velcro closure down the front of the boot would have been better than the wrap-around Velcro strap provided.

the device is heavier than anticipated and difficult to put away - has to sit behind drivers seat When assembled the steps take a little while to set up /collapse
