The measurements given for the harness were misleading so the first I bought was too big. The second, smaller, one is also slightly large.

I felt that the item I received was not as described. This may be the manufacturer's fault.

Dear Edmund, Thank you for your feedback. Did you mean to provide negative feedback? Was there a problem with your order that we are not aware of? Kind regards, Patricia

Unfortunately, our 11 year labrador reached the third step with his front paws (being tempted by treats) but his hind legs stubbornly remained safely on the ground despite repeated attempts to encourage him! He is well used to going up and down stairs in the house but we have so far not convinced him that it is safe to use the steps/ramp. We haven't given up hope (as we are now restricted if we need to transport him anywhere) and are considering covering the steps with carpeting so he can get a better grip. I think the surface of the steps/ramp would be improved by a carpeted surface - will let you know if this works. In the circumstances it's difficult to give a rating.

Dear John, Thank you for your email. If you try putting the ramp on the floor to get him used to walking on it and slowly lift one side with a brick, to get used to the angle. You can put treats along the ramp to get him used to the feeling. If you would be so kind as to leave feedback on the service that you received from our comapny rather than the product itself, we would be most grateful. Kind regards, Patricia

Unfortunately we didn't get to use this product fully. Weaver our 14 year old collie had cancer of the bladder and was on treatment for that we purchased this product to help him with his incontinence unfortunately a couple of days after the product arrived Weaver condition deteriorated and we had to have him put to sleep. It was great service we received though in the ordering and quick despatching of the product.

My dogs only played with it a couple of times then got bored with it.. I don't suppose it helps that the base inserted into the lawn keeps slanting sideways due to the dogs pulling. Bit pricey for what it is, they seems to have more fun with squeaky toys and rope toys than this one.

We bought these leggings to put on our dog at night as he has recently developed a problem with both of his front elbows. Although the product fits very well when our dog is standing, we found it was not such a good fit when he was lying down at night. When lying down we found that the strap across his shoulders slipped down his back and created enough slack to allow the leggings to move down his leg thus exposing his elbows. The quality of the leggings is quite good but, unfortunately, they are not suitable for our needs.

I cancelled my order as they were unsure as to when it would be in stock

I bought a Tether Tug from you for £54.99. The product is ok, but my dog, Tara, won't play with it at all. However, if I take the rope off, she's happy to play tug with me. It was an expensive mistake. Sorry if you don't get tea and biscuits ...!

Whilst the dog boots are the best on the market this last pair (and the replacements) have very poor stitching on the front when compared with the earlier types.
