Customer service non existent. Rang several times and only got messages. Sent two emails, neither of which was replied to. Will not use this company again.

Product is too unstable . Half of order not yet received and still you send these 'reviews'. Perhaps you should refund for undelivered item and have me listed as a very unhappy ex customer.

Service excellent, but I'm afraid the back pack proved totally unfit for our use, but unfortunately as we had to unwrap it, and try it out, we are now stuck with it. The design does not keep the dog securely housed, it just lurches about on my back so that puppy is thrown about like a ship on a rough sea. This is a shame as the front pack we had from you is terrific.

Sizing issues, measurements for doggy diapers are not accurate so the largest size don't fit as adhesive srip too short. If you want to return goods you have to pay return postage - so I was not impressed about this at all! Especially as it was thier fault - not as described!

After a weeks of wearing the boots I noticed some small open wounds on my dogs paws, which resulted in a visit to the vet to see what they are. This resulted in a fee for the consultation and cream to treat the wounds, which were blisters caused by the boots rubbing,. So £87 total costs for the boots and vet and I'm still left with the same problem and boots that are no use. Not the outcome I was hoping for to relieve my dogs pain.

Disappointed with the quality of the dog boots I purchased from you, they wore out within three weeks of moderate use.

Item shown in stock and added to basket (after having to spend time registering and creating an account). 12 hours later advised that item was out of stock (in any colour) with a restock delay of 1-2 weeks.

Dear Chris, Thank you for your email. You placed your order near midnight the previous day. We did let you know immediately the next day about only having the blue boots in stock. Sometimes our stock goes wrong, but we immediately keep customers informed so that there is no delay to their order and they can make an informed decision whether to cancel their order or go with another colour. An item that was not in stock and for which there was no intention of restocking was available for purchase. I kept getting emails about a product being in stock again even after I have bought it and there was no way of stopping the emails.

The large double crate arrived very quickly so no complaints there- the quality was another matter- for the price I paid. the middle section to split the the crate into two sections is very flimsy and detaches if a dog goes against it. But the biggest flaw was the quality of the joins- there were two joins completely gone and have had to tape to avoid injury. It wouldn't warrant the hassle to return such a large item .

I ordered one of your large soft buster collars weeks ago. I telephoned on 26/05/15, having heard nothing from you. Someone was going to ring me back to say what had happened to the order. Today, 28.05.15, I am still waiting to hear. In the meantime, you are holding the money for this purchase. This is not acceptable.

Thank you for your review. I see you order the large cone collar which was in stock when you ordered and was despatched straight away. You returned the collar for a larger one, which has been out of stock for some time. Sadly, it is still out of stock. We did advise you of this and asked you if you wanted to cancel your order and receive a refund. Please let us know if you'd like to wait or if you'd prefer to receive a refund. I bought pair of boots for my dog, delivery was very quick and the packaging was very good and protective.
