“I ordered on November 29th 2024 and I have still yet to receive my product. I have called the number, emailed multiple times, text messaged... I response. The return/refund link is broken. I wouldn't trust this site. :-(”
“My order never arrived and I’ve received no response over the phone or from 2 emails I’ve sent. It’s beven over 2 weeks and tracking shows a shipping label was created, but the items never arrived at USPS. Very frustrating. At this point I’ll have to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. I will never order from this company again.”

I am so sorry that your order arrived 2 weeks after you placed your order. I see that you placed your order on December 14th, it was shipped on December 16th, and did not arrive until January 3rd. From the tracking history it seems that it was held by USPS a few times due to hazardous weather conditions that prevented the package from being in transit.
I am so sorry for the inconvenience you experienced, I wish I could do something about weather delays but that is 100% out of my control 😊. As a small woman-owned business it is so important for me to make sure our customers are happy, I hope you give us a chance again in the future.

I am so sorry that you experienced delays with your order, I looked into this further, I see you placed your order on December 13th, your order shipped on December 16th, and was delivered on January 3rd. After a careful audit I see that it was held by USPS twice due to hazardous weather conditions that prevented the package from being in transit. I also issued you a full refund since I could not check the tracking link myself without calling USPS, it seems to have been an error on their end.
