“I can't comment on the product yet because it still hasn't arrived. I was promised delivery by Wednesday, this changes to Thursday and now, after chasing them, I've been told it will come tomorrow. I have no confidence in whether it will come tomorrow and the delay has caused me inconvenience. I have attempted to make a complaint but the customer service and manager have not acknowledged my complaint. If something goes wrong then don't expect this company to sort it out. I will need to provide an update if and when the product arrives. At the moment I cannot recommend this company and perhaps should have used a different company.”
“Although we had to wait to get each roll from the same batch, we have ended up with three different shades of grey. The person laying it for us had cut and glued most of it down before we saw the different colours.
We tried on several occasions to contact our supplier but they never returned our calls.
The grey flooring looks terrible and where water has spilt, the grey has nearly gone white in places.
We ordered this particular recycled rubber flooring as part of our going green project to try to encourage others to do what they can to care for our planet but no one would ever buy this product after seeing our floor.
The first thing we will do when we have finished paying back our massive loan, is to replace our Cannon flooring. Hard wearing and cars can drive on it, we only have pushchairs in the entrance to pre-school.
Unfortunately we chose to use this flooring in our large entrance and cloakrooms.
