I ordered this for Valentine’s Day it was supposed to be here Monday the 12 and it’s the 14th and still not here and I payed extra.

My original canvas print came out completely unacceptable. It was not centered and sloppily attached on the back. It was explained to me that I probably did not have the photo centered correctly when I downloaded it (?) but obviously there was no quality control before being sent out involved at all! I would NEVER order from them again. For a much lower price I was able to have it done perfectly by another company. I have a gallery of canvas prints on my wall, so I have done this many times and not experienced as shoddy product as this. I gave two stars because Michele Ratliff, customer service agent, was great. She not only sent me another photo done correctly, but she was very nice about it and just wanted me to be satisfied in the end. I appreciated her for that.

I didn't like that I was forced to pay for 2 day shipping I would have preferred to have it shipped ground for much less money

Heather, We only offer Ground Shipping on our site. We are located in North Carolina. Delivery times vary based on location, but in general, most east coast and southern states should receive shipments within 2-3 business days. Midwest states can expect shipments in 3-4 business days. West coast locations can take up to 6 business days.

I'm so disappointed in one of my two print orders. I take full responsibility since I didn't pay for the extra "review". I had taken a screenshot of the photo and downloaded it to you - unfortunately, the screenshot picked up "phone detail" that I really wish wasn't in the picture. BUMMER!!!!!!

Packages left on front porch When? Got home late they were sitting in the snow instead of pushed up under the lip of porch where protected. Packages cold and soaked. Not happy they were sitting on edge of porch wet

First off customer service was hard to get in touch with. I called and left my # and nobody called back. Also very disappointed in the print I received. It is not as clear as the preview I saw when I was placing my order. The frame I paid extra for also does not look anything like the preview. If I was told the picture would lose definition and be out of focus, I would never have ordered it.

The canvas print I received had approximately a 2” white border on the left & right side of the picture. This was a Christmas gift & I was embarrassed once the recipient opened it. I’m not sure why this company wasn’t able to utilize (stretch the photo) the entire canvas. I have utilized this company in the past with no issues.
