Had to reorder cause first order canvas was not distributed properly and a strip of white was shown on one side of picture.

The print I received is blurry. I uploaded a image file that was 300 dpi for the correct dimensions and the print still came out blurry. I am hoping to get a re-print or refund.

It was hard to add text, so I didn’t get any. Wanted to change the color of the cup. I chose red but it didn’t give me a picture of what it looked like with the picture on it.

It was extremely difficult to crop and add text to the pillow. I tried 7 different times to edit, crop, reload,and reposition, the picture. Every time I hit save it would dump all edits and return to the original. I croped in an outside program and settled for no text. Quite disappointing...

you sucked me in with a 90% off promo to my home email and I uploaded a photo to begin. I then decided to use a different photo and it would not let me change. Even when exiting and starting over it kept the original image and wouldn't let me change it. I had to access your website separate from the promo link I received and of course paid 5 times more for the same thing. You got this order but I won't use you again.

Your routing process is not clear. Try this on your grandparents and they will explain the rediculous complexity. They are the ones who will be doing a significant amount of your holiday orders, Maurice Ecung Success Valley Productions

Not at all satisfied. Yes, it was just free prints but outta 20 prints about half had a problem....say cutting off the tops of ppls heads.....that's just saying the first thing I thought of. I seriously wanted these free prints to be good cuz I wanted to order prints from here....but after what I have received, I've made the decision to look elsewhere. Shocked that they would even allow the prints to be shipped because of the poor quality. Now, this is after waiting over a month and contacting them my self!!!

I ordered from this company bc they advertised that they shipped in two days. It has been well over a week and I’m not supposed to get my order for another week. I don’t know how the product looks but I’m disappointed so far in the misleading advertising.

Not what I wanted. The dogs are to big because of them being so big the white huskies ears are gone. I would like like a telephone number to discuss this! My son Nick Catanese has bought many picture's from you and I wanted this for Nick for Christmas gift. These are his 2 huskies.

I ordered 4x6 prints and it took like 2 months to receive. I ordered 20 prints and only received 19! I then had to email because about half of the prints that I did receive people's heads were cut off or the items in the picture was cut off!! I emailed and asked for the prints to be reprinted and so far have not received them back!

I would have ordered a lot more if you had someone to help me in my Christmas shopping. I had 10 photos to use for a collage but could only make one fit right, so I ordered a single print. Additionally, there is no 8x10 option for wall photos and the square 8x8 just didn't work with my rectangular photos. Very frustrating experience. I hope I like the quality of the one I got to work. I could not get the website to flip the photos. I used the turn button but still, it just wouldn't fit and it wouldn't show it to me in the right direction, so I was afraid to order and be disappointed. It could be a good website and a place to return if there was support and was more user friendly. I've ordered from Walgreen's for years and am familiar with the process. But your website just lacked ease.
