“I like them all but there is a problem with the largest print. There are two black spots on the bottom edge that should not be there and one on the top right corner. Both are visible when I hang the photo. It needs to be redone. Who do I talk to?”

“Shipping is excessive. Thrown in as a surprise at the end. I'm sure you've found people will pay it after they have spend all the time designing their canvas. But it leaves a bad taste in my mouth and in general makes me think poorly of your company and will prevent me from recommending you to others.”
