“They promised a 100% reimbursement, but I paid a hefty sum for nothing.They deceived me into depositing my hard-earned money in the hopes of receiving something in exchange, but they prevented me from withdrawing it. They only intended to take my money. However, I went ahead and filed a refund case against them in order to get my money back. With the assistance of recovery experts M_E_R_S_E_Y_H_I_P. “Hi there, I added 10,850 dollars to my account and made it up to 37,961 dollars. Following the registration of my withdrawal request, the broker first denied it, withheld the full amount of my profit from the account, and prevented me from withdrawing the profit. Despite my repeated attempts to contact both the email broker and the official Telegram support, they have not replied to any of my correspondence and have simply ignored it. “Avoid taking any financial risks. They adamantly call for increased investment, citing market trends. They shut off contact when I refused and wanted a refund for my initial deposit. I never received my money back. I can provide evidence that my funds and communications were restricted, yet COVSECLTD*COM was able to quickly help me recover all my dollar I invested and earned. “Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. High warning on the 40 dollar fee if you live in the west coast and make your payment after you get off work. All they wanted was access to my personal bank account to take a payment of whatever, when they feel appropriate. I’d give them zero stars if I could and paid my total balance and cut the card up and will never make a purchase on them again”

“I believe that there are individuals who have lost their crypto one way or the other. “I had my Coinbase wallet wiped out in a single transaction. I didn't know what to do and couldn't get a hold of Coinbase support Teams. This transaction emptied out all my Ethereum and Bitcoin. “To be honest, I was a fool at first for letting myself get duped by this shady broker and depositing a whopping $60,000. But in my despair, I went to COVSECLTD.COM. for help. To my surprise, they were able to get my money back. Although I'm happy to have my money returned, it depresses me that I had to take such drastic actions in the first place. “Investment fraud is growing hugely and I advice the public to stay away from these fraudulent companies. I invested a huge amount of money (Best known to me) and was unable to get my hard earn money back from an unregulated company that kept demanding for more deposits. “After being accepted for a credit card, with a $30k limit, I used it to charge for about a month. No problems. Booked tickets and traveled to a foreign country. Again no problems... For a few days. Then it stopped working. No notice, just stopped. App and account just showed "restricted." Called to get the restriction lifted, thinking they'd flagged a foreign charge as fraud (with no way to tell them I'm traveling, they claim it's unnecessary), and they want: copies of passport, birth certificate, SSN card, utility bill, and more, all while I'm traveling. Non-negotiable; they cannot accept anything except all those documents. Capital One was perfectly happy to strand me in a foreign country with no credit card, despite having worked and processed charges for over a month, and several days of traveling. DO NOT USE.”

“Horrible credit card department. I was banned from doing price match. They are saying because you canceled the reservation few times. I mean you cant have a change of mind or anything. They are frauds when it comes to credit cards especially venture x. Dont fall into the trap.”

“ZERO STARS. My transfer balance took forever to get to Capital One from NFCU. 1week later called to confirm if they received it because it was cutting close to my minimum payment due date. Capital One blamed my NFCU account and said to check with them for the reason of not receiving it and was told it takes 2weeks. Sure, enough they received my transfer balance the next day, as I seen it on my app but it was still pending. I was told to still make a minimum payment, I did so & the app showed that I had a credit from my minimum payment/past payments. The transfer balance went through, and I decided to close my account since it had been taken care of. Rep on the phone said that she can issue me a check for the credit on my account & I received it. Perfect. All is well so I forgot all about the Capital One card. 2months later, I am hit with an INTEREST CHARGE & A PASS DUE FEE. Due to the fact that my minimum payment failed. Now I owe an extra $50 in fees plus my minimum again. Instead of the rep telling me that she can issue a refund credit check AFTER all payments went through which I thought was what happened, she failed to do so. Now I owe them once again and I talked to 3 reps at Capital One including a manager named Jenny. They would not write off the fees. THEY ARE A JOKE & A SCAM. WHY WOULD YOU ISSUE ME A REFUND IF I STILL OWED MONEY???”
