“Following a minor accident i was approached by multiple agencies all claiming to be responsible for handling the case. All a bit confusing especially when the person who knocked me now claims that she was not responsible and blames me for a dangerous manoeuvre, driving incompetence and dangerous driving. All this whilst i was stationary in a car park. Whilst she claims she was driving in a safe and lawful manner whilst purporting to be stationary. Witnesses saw my car stationary and her car reversing into me.”
