“Following a minor accident i was approached by multiple agencies all claiming to be responsible for handling the case. All a bit confusing especially when the person who knocked me now claims that she was not responsible and blames me for a dangerous manoeuvre, driving incompetence and dangerous driving. All this whilst i was stationary in a car park. Whilst she claims she was driving in a safe and lawful manner whilst purporting to be stationary. Witnesses saw my car stationary and her car reversing into me. In the latest move she now admitted to be driving and responsible for the impact. My repairs completed jan 2024, court hearing, scheduled for 19/12/25, cancelled atvthe last moment. I recall rather a lot of agency involvement all rather confusing.”

“They got in contact with me very quickly to sort the issue. My car was fixed within a couple of weeks, no problem and the courtesy car was suitable with no extra charge. Not 5 stars as lots of different companies had to get in contact with me and I found it quite complicated which company was dealing with which part of the process.”
