I got in contact to return the item, it took a bit of proving that I wasn’t lying then they sent me a returns label.

The companies returns policy costs are so prohibitive that it is not financially viable to return the parts even if they had responded.

They sent me a open product with post-it note attached stating 'FAULTY' - I am amazed (I sent them a picture as well)!!! I contacted them via support email and they took a week to get back to me!!! They apologised and aske me to THEN contact their returns department via email.

Road Angel reimbursed subscription in 1 day. Road Angel use Car Audio Centre to handle their hardware distribution and returns. Car Audio Centre took 3 weeks and 3 phone call chases to make reimbursement for hardware return made on same day as subscription cancellation.

I contacted them and I just got an email saying send to this address and use this label, from the returns manager.

The item was advertised as new Spoke to customer service and they advised no replacement available all sold and they would check for spares and then send a paid returns label if no spares available .

I’ve sent numerous messages but they will only deal with your return if you open an account with them & do it through their automated returns service (I checked out as a guest when purchasing as didn’t want to open an account).

I immediately called them (Saturday morning) and had to go through the returns process.

Well bought unit did not work Tried customer service on phone for 40 minutes no reply .Phone sales go to website for returns .Kept on refusing to proceed when you press continue .So returned item by Royal Mail recorded delivery at address on label for returns .You got it Monday still no reply .would not deal with you again .If after 2 Weeks I will contact my Solictor .Not happy .M D.

Received faulty radio. Returns process is very poor. Online failed to work. Managed to open a return after phoning. Required to return the item with a covering letter at my cost (£20). After receiving they can take upto two weeks to process the return!
