“Sold the car but the inspector they scheduled arrived late. Was speeding to meeting because of that and paid a fine. They need to do something to ensure those guys come on time.”

“They have a lot of competition with slick website and with the current website look it’s quite easy to find them not too trusworthy. I alsmost resigned at some point but in the end gave them a try and it was all good but they still need to work on polishing the look and feel and adding some extra info there.”

“They sold my car and for a right price but it took almost 3 weeks because the photos were taken badly. They sent a photographer but I didn't like the photos and they said that they couldn't change them once they were up. Good service overall and they communicate with you well but they could allow you to approve the photos first. Might use them again in the future - excited to see how they grow in the future”

“I got the job done. I was not sure using Carcela would be good. Proved me wrong. A lot better than what I had expected. Not very efficient as other apps to be honest.”
