“Managed to buy the car and was really nervous about purchasing without looking at it. Was even more scared, when after payment they took a long time to respond to my emails, but was so relieved when I got their call. Guys improve your communication with customers. Other than that, thanks a lot for my new car. great service.”

“Decided to give Carcela a try after a friend recommended them to me. I used to sell through autotrader until now but this is actually better if you don’t want all the hassle. They literally do everything for you. Will probably use them to sell/buy cars from now on”

“Car sold within a week of contacting Carcela. The only downside was the add was a lot more expensive than selling through gumtree or facebook but I guess you gotta pay for all the extra service they provide.”

“They should tell you some details at least the name of the inspector or the photographer so you know who’s the stranger that will go inside your car. But overall ok.”
