“I ordered a Spellbinders Platinum machine on a Wednesday evening, at the lowest price I have seen anywhere, plus free postage and packing. My parcel arrived on Saturday morning! It was really well packaged and I am thrilled with my purchase. Great service from Card Craft UK and I will definitely order from them in the future.”

“I bought the Spellbinders platinum. The machine itself is fabulous but I emailed the company to show them I was worried about the embossing plate as it has marks on it and looks liked it had been snapped of from something else at the side. I have had no response. It's a shame the plates are only a5 size. Considering Spellbinders original labels are large they don't fit.”

“I received an email giving free postage with an offer but the website would not let me buy the item I wanted without psying the postage. After I sent an email the company said they would send me something of the same value as the postage but despite another email and reply I am still waiting. Not what I was expecting in the way of customer service.”

“i orderd disney frozen die cutting machineover a week ago still waiting so i decided to phone i have been on hold for 8 minutes so far,i feel they do not want to talk and the other thing is they have my money making interest on MY MONEY”
