“I have been on hold for 30 minutes if i do not get a responce I will contact paypal and ask them to return my money,its not they way to run a bussiness”

“i orderd disney frozen die cutting machineover a week ago still waiting so i decided to phone i have been on hold for 8 minutes so far,i feel they do not want to talk and the other thing is they have my money making interest on MY MONEY”

“I was very unhappy on the amount of time it took to receive my order. Ordered on the 11th of May, did not receive until the 23rd of May. Loved the items I received though.”

“very disappointed that the Die'sire Edgable dies did not cut cleanly - returned both and am waiting for the refund to be sorted as I was credited with returning a different product !”
