“love the pencils I purchased very smooth to colour with One problem I did not recieve the pencil sharpener that went with the bundle I did send message to card craft but had no reply”

“I received an email giving free postage with an offer but the website would not let me buy the item I wanted without psying the postage. After I sent an email the company said they would send me something of the same value as the postage but despite another email and reply I am still waiting. Not what I was expecting in the way of customer service.”
