Who and why was the tall lady, with the short bob haircut which accentuates her long neck, chosen to 'act' in your adverts! The adverts are so unbelievable, in one she's getting off a raised chair and walking quite normally, in some she's riding around on mobility scooters (why when she's been seen to be not physically disabled, plus she looks ridiculous) and the one where she returns home riding towards her front door, which has a step! Where is the ramp? So unbelievable! I turn channel over when these ads come on!! Get a more believable person in ... a real disabled one perhaps?
