Horrible experience. I've ordered products and paid extra for quick delivery but never received it. I've complained several times and asked for a refund over a month ago. The company just answer the emails saying it will be resolved but the money isn't in my account yet :(

get an email on 18th that all products are out of stock and need to arrange a refund, rightio when they should have been at my door already. You knew that a week ago!
Now I have to wait 14 business days for the refund to be processed!!
