When my car arrived, I was stunned to find scratches on the hood and small dents on the sides. So I called Carfast, thinking they’d apologize and offer a quick fix. Instead, they told me that protecting the car with a wrap is an extra service that costs extra money. Really? You’d think shipping a car across the ocean would automatically come with some kind of basic protection. Instead, I was left with a ‘it’s an additional service that has to be paid for separately’
Sure, they offered me $100 to “smooth things over,” but that barely scratches the surface of my frustration. I expected transparency up front about these ‘optional’ protections, not after my car showed up looking worse than it did at the auction.
