Got a 2018 Toyota Camry through Carfast Express. Overall, everything was fair — no scams, documents were handled properly, and the managers stayed in touch and helped at every stage. But the logistics took way too long. They said one thing, but in reality I waited almost twice as long. No clear answers about the timeline, just excuses. I get that shipping is complicated, but it felt like they didn’t fully control the situation. The car came as promised, but the whole process was exhausting. Expectations didn’t match reality — that’s why I’m giving 3 stars.

Despite the promises of high-class service, my experience with Carfast Express was mixed. The platform truly consolidates all American auctions and allows participation in bids without the need for a license; however, a serious issue arose—the delivery of my vehicle was delayed by 12 days beyond the promised timeframe. I hope that in the future these issues will be resolved and that you will improve your delivery times.

Resolved Responsibly, but Slow on Refund I was really nervous about having my car delivered from the U.S. since it’s practically new. I even requested protective film wrapping to avoid any unwanted surprises. But, as luck would have it, I noticed a crack on the bumper upon delivery that definitely wasn’t there before. I reached out to Arthur, the manager who helped me choose the car, and honestly, I expected to hear, ‘Oh, it was like that.’ I had to wait around five hours for a response while they reviewed the pre- and post-loading photos and videos. They ultimately admitted responsibility. They offered to either send a replacement part or give me a cash reimbursement. However, getting the refund wasn’t exactly smooth – I had to message Arthur multiple times on WhatsApp asking when I’d receive it. After about a week, I finally got the money. I’m glad they take these issues seriously and resolved it, even if it did take some extra effort.

Minor Dents During Shipping, helpful resolution but slow process. During shipping, a dent appeared on my car purchased from the USA that wasn’t there originally. I reached out for support, and they quickly offered a solution: either a full repair or a cash compensation. I opted for compensation, but the process took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating. While the team was helpful, I would have preferred a quicker resolution. Overall, grateful for their support, though I’d recommend they streamline their response time for future customers.
