I was really nervous about having my car delivered from the U.S. since it’s practically new. I even requested protective film wrapping to avoid any unwanted surprises. But, as luck would have it, I noticed a crack on the bumper upon delivery that definitely wasn’t there before. I reached out to Arthur, the manager who helped me choose the car, and honestly, I expected to hear, ‘Oh, it was like that.’ I had to wait around five hours for a response while they reviewed the pre- and post-loading photos and videos. They ultimately admitted responsibility.
They offered to either send a replacement part or give me a cash reimbursement. However, getting the refund wasn’t exactly smooth – I had to message Arthur multiple times on WhatsApp asking when I’d receive it. After about a week, I finally got the money. I’m glad they take these issues seriously and resolved it, even if it did take some extra effort.”
