“ Absolutely no communication possible with anyone in case of a problem. Cancellation of a car rental due to a problem coming from Carjet (Car not available due to an accident!?) Confirmation email for refund but no refund to date. All attempts at communication remain unanswered. To be absolutely avoided ”

Rental didn't have a van available and therefore cancelled our booking. This was in mid August. Up till now no one from car jet has even acknowledged our request for a refund despite multiple emails and phone calls to Spain where there support office is. ”

Another point, if you still want to take the risk, choose the rental agency carefully behind. CarJet collaborates with scammers like United Rent, the Apollo agency in Greece. Avoid them they are real experienced scammers. ”
