This company is a rip off, do not book through them. I would rate them 0. I could not change my pick up location and they took the money no refund or gift vouchers. Very rude on the phone and no options at all. What a scam. Very disappointing service

Worst experience ever. Booked a car 4 days before, l paid the reservation and the assurance, when I got there they didn’t have a care, they didn’t have reservation, staff really impolite “that’s your problem not mine”. Left without the car, called for refund. There were 2 other groups in same condition when we surrendered and left. It’s a scam

Didn't have enough money on my cards to give them this amount of money so after a lot of juggling between accounts they agreed to take €400 But charged me a non-refundable €120 before I could drive car away.

It is impossible to get a refund through this company and there is no assistance- as such I am out the price of the insurance plus the claim I have had to pay.

It was vey back experience, I booked my car online and when I was at the rental office I was told that I need to have international drivers license which they never mentioned in their website and I always drive with my canadian drivers license in Europe I asked to refund my money but they didnt , they charged me for the car which I never used , I even emailed them and request for refund but they refused Not really fair and not professional
