“Ordered 400 duplicate checks. When I went in told her what I wanted. 7 days later received in the mail but were just the standard checks. I went back carousel checks with my order told her. She offered to redo but I said no I’ll keep. She then offered $30 credit to my card. I said ok . Got my credit. So everything turned out alright in the end. So I want to thank you for that.”
“I ordered checks for an account that I do not use frequently yet for which I needed basic checks. Placing the order was typical of an online check order - no easier, no more difficult - with the usual prompts to add on things. I was a little surprised at a charge for a storage box for the checks - particularly since these aren't duplicates.”

If there was one area I would like to see improved is the order tracking. When DHL forst gets the order and has it it seems like they take their time moving it but when it finally gets into USPS hands from them the order moves rapidly. I'm still not changing ordering checks from Carousel just on that alone.”
