“These check holders need to be a little bigger. It is hard to get the checks, and registers inside. I put Carousels picture of thier books, then mine to show that they are not selling what they advertise. I had to do some cutting to get the checks to fit properly. Also the thin plastic separator is not good enough for duplicate check writing. The credit card holder makes writing in a register impossible because you will not be writing on a smooth surface. If you try to contact Carousel, they conveniently block the "helpful links" with a pop up box to accept cookies. There is more, but you get the basic idea. Customer service was O.K. but not great. The reps do not work for Carousel. You are calling a call center that works for many companies.”

“Customer service is ok, they did get our order shipped quickly. They claim the paper is industry standards but the paper feels kind of cheap. I did love that i could add our company logo on the check i wish i could have picked a background color and then put the photo on top instead of just having a white background. Overall the checks are ok, and they were pretty cheap but they also kinda look pretty cheap. Will be going a different route next time. We do really like the customized stamp we ordered for return address.”

“The checks with the added receipt copy do not work well for two reasons. The original check is difficult to tear out and I often rip a small top corner. Also the copy never comes through no matter how had I press down during writing. I always have to rewrite the info in the copy. I won't order these types of checks again. I work in a medical office, and many patients who write checks with the duplicate feature have the same problem. It's a design flaw.”
“Customer service is excellent, however the quality of the replacement self ink stamp is poor.
Cannot read most the bank numbers as they run together. They need to be larger.
I had to throw the replacement away.
The checks would be perfect if the perforation was better as they are quite hard to tear.

“Since the pandemic I think you're price gouging. Raised the price of checks, shipping and a handling charge also the shipping boxes stink. You used to use envelopes for 50 checks which made storage easier when your using more than 100 bank accounts.”
