Check had wrong account when received called immediately and was told I would have to pay to have them reprocessed.

The quality of checks is fine. However, I will not be ordering from Carousel in the future due to the ridiculous cost of shipping and handling added on for a small plastic bag package. Cost of checks was 35.98 but with tax, shipping, handling added on ,over twenty dollars more! 56.23…..

Would not order again. Do not recommend. Printed on thin paper and cheaply printed with ink that does not extend to the memo section that remains in the checkbook. All checks, deposit slips, stamps and binder were loosely placed inside shipping box. The pages were bent and torn, causing the first 10 pages of checks & deposit slips to be trashed. Wrapping with cellphane would deter this loss. Shipping was exceptionally long. The look and feel of these checks look as though they were printed from a home computer. Debating whether to use at all. Not a good look for our business. 😕

Expensive shipping and they arrived loose in a simple mailer. For the price of shipping I would have thought they would arrive in a small box like they did years ago.

I've been calling your customer service all day and left 4 messages with no response. You responded to me about my order that I did not receive telling me to call the 708-613-2452. Well I did call and your customer service sucks. I placed an order on May 23rd and you said it was delivered on June 4th, we'll it wasn't and that means there are 200 checks out the with my bank information on them. When I orderedfrom you I had 25 checks left , its now July 7th and I am all out of checks. This is a piss poor way of doing business, telling someone to customer service and not answer the phone and not return calls. Either sending me my checks OVERNIGHT or return my money. There are plenty of check company's out , believe me I know because I vetted them all before choosing your company. Obviously I made a poor choice!!

I ordered rush service because I urgently needed my order. Carousel cancelled my order and didn’t bother to send an email and let me know. Customer service is nearly impossible to reach.

The checks look like I printed them out on my home printer or my kids made them. Very disappointing for the price that was paid for them. And u can’t even write on them with an ink pen u can’t see the print in certain areas. To be honest they look fake

Although I did get help with combining an order, my address stamp font is too small and the lettering is not raised enough off the pad so it bleeds ink between letters. The background ink just makes a big blob. Left justified should not be an option, leaves an ink mess from right corner blank space. The stamp is unusable.

The checks I ordered are of the poorest quality. I would highly recommend to NOT order from this company. I ordered business checks and not only did the checks not come as expected, the paper is so thing you would think it was printed on a tissue!

This is the 2nd time that the delivery time was later than estimated even when paying the extra fee for faster delivery. It has been 9 days so far without delivery. It would have been faster using USPS instead of DHL. Won't be using Carousel in the future.

Since you selected Ground shipping, which typically takes 6-9 business days, your order was delivered on November 8, 2024 — 4 business days after it shipped, which falls within the expected delivery window. If you're looking for faster processing and shipping in the future, I would recommend selecting our Plant Rush option, which reduces the production time by 2 days.
