The check does not have a proper cut line and I'm having trouble getting a clean cut.

Horrible quality! This were business checks they looked cheap and fake. I could have done better on my laser printer. Very disappointed

Unfortunately the checks are dull and thin. They look like they were printed on regular copy paper, or a copy of a regular check!

Shipping charges are enormous. It doesn't cost that much to send practically weightless mailing labels. And they're being deceptive when they separate shipping from the handling charges. I don't trust ordering from a merchant that engages in such blatant deceptive practices.

Hello Thank you for your feedback! We offer a variety of shipping options at varying prices, we even offer Free Bulk Shipping on personal checks if elected. The additional of handling fees is customary in our industry and covers the cost or packaging and preparation to complete the shipment of your order.

Was happy to find checks at a decent price. That was quickly changed when I was double charged. Called the company immediately and was told there was nothing they could do, I would have to contact my bank. Now I have to wait possibly over 90 days to get a refund. Rick was not only not helpful but rude.

There are MULTIPLE ISSUES within your billing system where it causes issues in personal bank accounts and Carousel Checks does not want to take the blame for their own mistakes and what they cause. Even two weeks after having my personal bank corrected from the issue Carousel Checks created, now Carousel Checks want to take me into debt collections for a charge that was already paid for via credit card payment directly with a sales rep with Carousel Checks. Highly unlikely that Carousel Checks will retain my business going forward. For any new customer reading this review, be prepared to have issues with this company if you are doing anything online with them. ONLY deal with a sales rep on the phone if ordering/paying for an order.

I agree with the users who have said that the checks are not adequately perforated and too tightly bound. They tear and rip instead of coming loose easily. Particularly bad with packs of duplicate checks.

Due to the volume of orders submitted daily no review of provided information is made, we print exactly as submitted by our customer. I was very disappointed when a Handling Charge was included after I had begun completing the checkout. I think that is very, very dishonest. I will not be order any further checks from you unless that Handling Charge is reversed.

Its taken over a month for my check order to be processed and I still do not have them. This is wirse than ru=idiculous for business checks to take this long. I paid $175 over a month ago up front,

I ordered a box of personal checks, put my information in and viewed the voided check of the final view of the check with my information before completing the purchase. What do they send me? Deposit tickets only. I ask for a replacement or refund? They say no.

Ordered checks for my business they took over a week to email me saying they needed verification documents that I provided and yet they canceled my order and still hasn't been refunded back! Stay very far away from this company!
