“Other check companies, you sign in and can just verify your information, I have to start from scratch every time. The checks are on thinner and of lower quality paper than we prefer but we cannot find the patriotic colors anywhere else. The boxes of checks that arrived were damaged and busted. 1000 checks in a box should be in a sturdier box....the 500 checks I originally got were in a much better box! Both boxes were damaged but one was completely busted apart and had been taped back together by the shipper on 4 sides. It would help if there was an order notification and/or a shipping notification.”
“They have a wide assortment of plaeasnt-looking photo image checks and options on how you want to be represented. Not the first time I've ordered from Carousel, & will only be the last if I die befpore using up the checks I just ordered (not likely). Excellent service & delivery!”

“There are MULTIPLE ISSUES within your billing system where it causes issues in personal bank accounts and Carousel Checks does not want to take the blame for their own mistakes and what they cause. Even two weeks after having my personal bank corrected from the issue Carousel Checks created, now Carousel Checks want to take me into debt collections for a charge that was already paid for via credit card payment directly with a sales rep with Carousel Checks. Highly unlikely that Carousel Checks will retain my business going forward. For any new customer reading this review, be prepared to have issues with this company if you are doing anything online with them. ONLY deal with a sales rep on the phone if ordering/paying for an order.”
