“The reason for the 4 stars is because I have had problems using my checks. They are for a business account and i need them for many of my vendors. When i went to check out this morning from Lowe's Home Improvement, my check was declined TWICE. There were plenty of funds available to cover the purchase. I don't understand what the problem is?”
