I had paid a deposit for a car of £99 and was told that if I didn't go through with the purchase I would get refund back within 10 working days.
3 weeks later and no refund.
Been trying to contact customer services today for 1 hour with no success.

They could have said for example, "here is what's happened so you want us to hold the car to see if you can get get more of a deposit or do you want the refund".
