How do you make a formal complaint to the Carshop. Is there a specific Complaints manager?I cant seem to get any sense out of the customer assisitants, Im back and forth with phone calls.

I'm currently going through a complaint with them over my car. There is no formal route on this so you really have to push all you can on it. Try these email addresses. info@carshop.co.uk - quality@carshop.co.uk - customersupport@carshop.co.uk If they fail to reply to your email which they did with me then go on twitter and use the live chat and make them get someone to respond to you. Once they respond you should have a direct email address with a senior customer service person. I'm currently on day 23 of back and forth with them. Don't let up and email them every day. Failing this the company that owns them is called Synter, try enquiries@sytner.co.uk Good luck
