“After receiving my chargeback payment from my bank there is another issue eurotexsell (cartbright,shopora ,shoptora ) same scam company ,I had a letter from my bank saying that I have 30 day temporary refund as the company can dispute your dispute so after reading a review on trustpilot can see they have told this reviewers bank she signed for and received item which she got a chargeback payment for the lady said the pram never arrived and the delivery paper they sent her bank had a totally different signature on it and missing delivery details so my process of refund is still ongoing until jan10th and I will report to police and fraud department with my bank if they try and do the same to me good luck as I will fight this until I get my refund permanently so fed up with this process one month was a headache now another month to wait to see if they try to dispute my chargeback claim From these robbing crooks”
“I finally recieved my chargeback from eurotexsell cartbright,shoptora ,shopora the list is endless more than stated above only way I recieved my refund was to contact my bank straight away after realising it was a scam after making payment and looking at email ,said 5-7day delivery no date then read the reviews they were awful had to wait about 28working days for refund but worth the wait for my £52.33 , do not wait 15/20 days to contact your bank disputes and you will receive your refund I hope everyone recieves there refund as being scammed is realy horrible, I have been reviewing and updating a lot to help advise people like me who have been scammed by this bogus company ,I’m at the end of this process so relieved to get my refund after a month of calls ,emails etc”
“As below, I ordered a Philips Lumea Prestige, got the email many have mentioned above after a few days and I felt something wasn’t right, so researched Cartbright. I’ve tried to contact them, to no avail. I’ve since reported them to my bank and hope to receive a refund - but won’t hold my breath!
Companies like this need to be held accountable - what make them more deserving of innocent, hardworking peoples’ money?!! It’s disgusting. I hope these reviews make a difference and cause others to think twice about using them. Very soon, I’m sure the banks/police get to the people behind the website and string them up. “On the 8th November I paid £52.33 to eurotexsell ie shoptora ,shopora ,cartbright, after realising something was wrong I saw the terrible reviews and rang my Dispute department bank ,was told I had to wait 14days for refund or goods ,23 rd November as expected no goods no refund so rang disputes Nat West and they said I would need to wait 14days excluding weekend for my refund so I rang my bank today and they told me my refund will be in my bank for the 9th of December this is finally the end of a month process of waiting please everyone do the same don’t wait ring your bank and Dispute or credit card chargeback and you will get your money back I hope everyone is successful in getting there hard earned cash back”
“Ordered keter storage unit, still not arrived and got the e-mail saying about the 16-17 working days delay. Will be contacting my bank for fraudulent claim. Awful company and do not respond to e-mails.”
