“Spoke with Zak and he was very helpful. Ordered new wheels and new remote for my 1500Li. Discussed some battery concerns and he helped to determine that a new battery was not neccessary at this point. New remote went in without any problems or issues...nice upgrade to original remote from 5 years ago.”

“This is my second review for my purchase. I wanted to give 5 stars to customer service. After several years of use, I had a problem with the connection being dropped between the remote and the cart. I contacted support, and they had an answer for me immediately. I returned the remote which was quickly repaired and then returned. They stand behind their products which are awesome products to begin with.”

“Je viens de le recevoir pour mon anniversaire et j’en suis très heureuse. La monture est robuste et facile à assembler. Simplement avoir un peu d’imagination afin de l’assembler comme il se doit s’il manque un peu d’information. Léger et très facile à monter & démonter dans ma voiture. Ayant de très forte douleurs aux épaules et au dos, cet ajout à mon golf sera l’une des meilleures dépense jamais faite! J’espère qu’il me permettra de jouer mon 18 trous sans avoir à arrêter pour cause de douleur. Je vous reviendrai avec d’autres évaluation au courent de l’été. Je sais que je ne suis pas la seule personne à aimer l’exercice de marcher au golf mais qui est contraint à prendre une voiturette afin de diminuer douleur physique. Donc avis à ceux et celles qui ont des problèmes physique, je vous reviens afin de vous confirmer que c’est L’ACHAT #1 pour s’amuser et profiter du bonheur de jouer au golf paisiblement”

“What a Great golf bag - fits my electric Cart Tek cart perfectly!! I'm asked at my club if I work for Cart Tek, because Cart Tek's on the cart, the bag ,and the towel. I've always had light stand up carry bags but fine no issues with converting to a cart bag.”

“I play with a bunch of guys who have e-carts and everyone wants my Cart Tek! I love the preset speed settings and maneuverability. Most e-carts don’t have the manual throttle like the CartTek that lets you dial your speed when you’re guiding your cart by the handle around tight spaces (like the edge of the green and a sand trap. I love the cargo capacity and recently got the seat which is a super addition”

“I've used the Yosemite for a few rounds now and I'm getting the hang of it. The remote is responsive and I love the rotary speed knob for hands-on control. It's taken a load off my back and I enjoy walking much more now. It's a good value among the many electric trolleys I've considered. The biggest selling point for me is that it will fit in my convertible's trunk and I can still drive with the top down with the cart in the trunk. Easy to unfold and fit my bag onto it. Not super heavy, so it's not difficult to get it in and out of my car. I'm very satisfied so far. Appears well constructed, so I'm optimistic about durability, time will tell. Hopefully the battery life will hold up as well.”

“I had run my Cart Trek into a ditch and quickly yanked it out thinking I had protected everything- since it was on the last hole I walked it in and then took it home to dry out. After a couple of weeks, it worked but not well. I went online to Cart Trek and they directed me to their website on what to check when you get your cart in the water. Amazing and I learned it was still wet in the battery and the main controller. That was Thursday morning, by Thursday afternoon, I had delivered the cart in-box to UPS for return to CartTrek. They got in on Monday, immeditately repaired it and returned it to me on Tuesday morning by Fedex. I got it back on Thursday and it was back on the course on Friday. Customer-friendly, amazingly supportive, and willing to go the extra mile. They are a FANTASTIC TEAM! (And on your side!)”
