Zach supplied me with a new speed wheel and manual on/off switch that appears to have corrected the surge problem.

Always quick and efficient when placing orders and when there's a need from the staff. However I have to hold back to giving a five star rating because of current and past issues I had with the cart. It seems one of the motors is not working as the cart cannot make turns. I had a similar problem in the past but the staff there sent me another motor no charge. I installed it and noticed the original motor had rust and corrosion on it which may have contributed to the first problem. I don't want to order another motor, be charged for it and having to install it. Thinking of possibly ordering another cart but it could be another brand. Keep up the good work gang.

It was hard to talk with a sales person. I am guessing you are understaffed. I love your product but when I ordered a seat there were no instructions on how to put it on my cart. Again, I enjoy my golf cart and am happy to endorse it to others. I do tell them it is not always great customer service but they are trying.

Needed a new charger. Called support got a return call quickly ordered the new charger and it arrived in two days. Very happy. Now if Cart Tek would only come out with a replacement remote that’s not the size of a car battery I’d love it. How about a rechargeable small remote for my cart?

The machine is well designed however the gear/motor has a weak point. It contains some small plastic gears that shear off when overloaded and can not be replaced. A couple dollars worth of gears would fix the problem but instead it costs $220 for each replacement motor. On the positive side the service people were very helpful and had the part shipped quickly.

I appreciated the quick response to testing my battery and returning a new battery, however, after charging the battery to full, the first 18 I played using the cart, the battery died after 15 holes. Pushing the cart was tough. Now I have charged it again and it shows 98%. I hope the next round will go 18 holes.

I loved using the Titanium cart. It is light weight and easy to use and lift in the car. However, the speed knob keeps falling off. Build quality needs work. Also, the instructions are not good. They are difficult to follow and the instructions on how to attach accessories need improvement.

We purchased 2 GRI-1500 Li carts. My cart has had issues since the day of purchase. The tech support people are courteous, knowledgeable, and very patient. That being said I believe the issues I have had with my cart are surprising as I purchased the cart 2 1/2 years ago and I have replaced the battery extension cable and most recently the right motor. When the motor arrived there were no instructions on how to install it so we had to watch a You Tube video to get an idea of what to do. I believe the motor should have been replaced for free. Seven of my friends purchased MGI electric carts at the same time I purchased my Carttek and they have not had any issues at all. Additionally, the remote should have the capability of being charged through a USB port to charge it prior to use. Having to change the batteries in the remote while playing is not convenient.

Love this cart except when trying to maneuver over curbs. The cart want to fold up. The courses I play have numerous curbs to get over. This folding up of the cart becomes quite the problem.

I was not able to install the fabric bag for supplies and clothes because how to do so was not at all clear from the manual. Everything else was excellent.

I love my Cart Tek. I have already used it about 20 times from 9-18 multiple times. I do have a couple complaints but nothing major. First, I dropped the remote once and it stopped working (my fault for dropping it). I did not have a screwdriver with me to put the batteries back into the channel but once I got home I pulled the screw out reset the batteries and everything was fine. I keep a little screw driver in my bag now. Second, My Umbrella holder snapped at the base after the first use. My course is pretty bumpy so maybe that was the issue but it shouldn't snap. That is why I did 4-5 stars.

Love the trolley! Love the remote and accessories! BUT, the owner’s manual is written assuming that you already own a trolley and just need some bare minimal instruction. The manual need a HUGE rewrite to help you understand how to operate the trolley out of the box.

I'll give it a 4 star now only because I haven't used the cart yet. It arrived a day or two later than originally scheduled which wasn't much of a big deal. It wasn't difficult to assemble but honestly I found a Youtube video online that was much easier to follow than the written instructions provided. So that would be my only complaint/suggestion is that you provide a link to a professionally done step by step video for assembly and operation. After I assembled the cart I couldn't get it to work until I watched the video I found.
