“When I put the information in regarding my laptop I was told I would receive £14.00 but only received £6.50, and then I had to chase you for the funds, unfortunately I will not use or recommend you again.”

“I waited in on the scheduled Sunday for DPD to drop off the gadget box and collect the laptop and they didn't turn up; a complete waste of a day. So DPD took it on themselves to reschedule for the next day (when I was at work). At work I had to re re-schedule for the NEXT day and take the day off! Cash In Your Gadgets promised me an extra £5 on top of the promised payment, as compensation: guess what? I didn't get it!!! Never again.”
