“Easy specification of device using serial number. Reasonable price offered. Courier service easy to use. Good feedback emails and website on status. Prompt review and payment. Painless other than DPD misrouting causing a delay. :)”

“All was fine - the laptop was collected on time and I was informed that it had safely arrived and the testing progress had begun. Unfortunately my laptop was dealt with considerably less speed than advertised. It has taken 12 days between collection and payment. I understand that there can be delays, but if there was an issue I feel I should have been contacted. No response to my query yesterday other than the transaction suddenly being completed today. Perhaps a coincidence. All in all I would recommend, but only if you will not be relying on money arriving on a certain date.”

“Thoroughly professional and would recommend for any future trades. Laptop was collected on date arranged and agreed money in my bank within 3 days of collection. I thought the price offered might have been increased on receipt due to the laptop being in great condition. Far better than “normal wear and the tear” on which the quote was based on. Emails kept me informed of trade progress.”

“They are the only ones I found offering the amount that was more or less worth the value of my gadget (laptop). Although I would have preferred £10 more. But, others didn't even offer half the amount they gave me. They arranged the pick up and paid within 48hrs slot.”
