“Was very happy with price of my new Zip hydratap filter. Received call from Cass to inform me that delivery would be a few days later than originally thought due to supply issues. Totally relaxed about this and glad of call. Received notification of delivery date and then that item had been delivered. Couldn't see item at front door. Checked around the house but to no avail. Driving out of the driveway (we are on a back block) noticed parcel beside my post box on street. Not ideal as easily taken by anyone passing by. First time this has happened with any delivery. On all previou occasions If I haven't been home, either delivery has been left on my front porch or taken to the local post office which is 100m down the street. Great product, price and service from Cass, let down by delivery.”
“Easy to order, unfortunately what I ordered online was out of stock so had to wait extra week for it to be in your warehouse and sent to me. Should be arriving next Tuesday 29/11cor Wednesday 30/11 at my place.
