“I am sure I will be happy when the product arrives, but I left specific instructions to leave the product if no one was home, but they failed to do so. THe sent a message to tell me they were unable to deliver and now I cannot get hold of the stupid courier. Not your fault, but not a good experience when I am in a hurry to receive it!”
“The service from Cass Brothers has been fine but the delivery has still not been received despite having placed the order on 28 January and acknowledgement of delivery on 8 February. Unfortunately, the Courier Service used to transport the item to Darwin is not known for its reliability and customer service. A delivery was attempted on 14 February with an email confirming delivery on that day being received at 10.58 am (when already at work). The item has been missing ever since and the courier service has been unable to locate it despite multiple calls and emails. I would like to provide a review of the product but unfortunately it is unable to be located or received at this time.”
“To begin with, I was invited to provide a review of Cass Brothers via email:
Dear Lisa,
You have recently made a purchase from Cass Brothers.
Please help us improve our customer satisfaction by writing a quick review.
Sadly, they go it wrong, as my name is Bob. Anyway, I had to chase up Cass Brothers to see where my online order was up to (prepaid) - After I chased it up, I discovered it was not in stock and needed to be ordered from the supplier. That's OK, it would have been nice to have had this communicated to me (finally 5 days later).
And finally the delivery, Allied Express. Well, I had 5 different delivery dates provided. It finally arrived!! BTW, this is the 3rd delivery issue I've had with Allied. Sadly the vendor (in this case Cass Brothers) chooses the delivery company.
Bob”
