"FRAUDULENT AND EXTORTIONATE COMPANY!!!\r\n\r\nCastle Water is one of the worst water service companies I have ever dealt with. They charge extortionately and keep on adding \u201cSundry\u201d charges which are interest payments despite my business having ongoing issues on the legitimacy and accuracy of the water invoices charged to my account. I have attached an image that shows my company, which is a SMALL GROCERY SHOP, is being charged \u00a32145+ for less than a year being associated with them!!! That is absolutely criminal and extortionate because my business DOES NOT use any more water than what is absolutely the bare minimum a human can use for their daily necessities. I have also seen countless other similar complaints from countless other customers being charged extortionately by Castle Water, including a customer that was charged a \u00a310,000+ for a shop like mine! \r\n\r\nThe best, most stress free and financially astute thing anyone can ever do, is to never be associated and have Castle Water as their water supplier. Otherwise you will be treated like you don\u2019t matter and like a slave, with \u00a31000s upon \u00a31000s charged to your name for no reason."

"My business is a relatively small grocery\/souvenir shop that uses absolutely minimal amounts of water. This is because water is only used by part time staff for basic human necessities such as visiting the bathroom. Having said this, Castle Water has charged this grocery business site \u00a310,000+ since I moved in 2022 (therefore the bill was for 1.5 years approx.). However, my usual water bills at my other grocery\/souvenir shops and when compared to other businesses is maximum \u00a3300 per year (at its absolute worst case). So how is the bill \u00a310,000+ when hardly any water is used as it\u2019s a small grocery store with only one staff at any moment. Even after sending proof of the first and last water readings, they kept rejecting and showing tampering of water meter reading values on an external software that made absolutely no sense because of the reasons mentioned prior. All these points and facts prove that the \u00a310000+ water bill for a Grocery\/Souvenir shop is absolutely in accurate and unjustifiable, and more importantly, that castle water is a crook company that extorts its customers by any means necessary."

"The worst company I have ever had to deal with ! \r\nYou never get a chance to talk or chat online with a sensible person.\r\nHours and hours wasting your time on phone while all of the advisers seems to be busy ! \r\nThey sent me an invoice on 22nd of June which was due on 16 of June ! The invoice was for me to pay for August to end of December ! How could me be charged a late payment interest for the time will be start 6 weeks from now ???? Late payment ?? When ? Why ?"

"My comments are the same as that of Colin. After 2 years of absolutely no contact I had a bill for \u00a33.79. This I paid straight away. However they added 9 pence interest! I have now a month later had another bill and letter threatening with using debt collectors for the 9 pence and another penny interest making it 10 pence in total. They are a disgrace.\r\nI gave up 2 years ago of speaking on the telephone and reverted to emails. Now they dont even bother to answer emails and just send automated bills.\r\nAs Colin said - they are the PITS!"
