I use almost no water from the mains, but this made no difference to Castle Water who are more interested in finding ways of hammering their victims with £101 fines for 'non-payment' (I underpaid because I couldn't find how much I owed and apparently paid on the wrong days of the month. Having added a further £202 for the same reason, despite me paying them monthly for the supply of water I don't use, they then added £458 for their debt collectors to threaten to cut off the supply and increase the debt still further. An absolutely disgusting firm, as bad as loan sharks.

Castle water trying to charge me £530 late payment of £136..68 which they never sent me a bill . We contacted them several times but they are not willing to drop the charges. I do not recommend anyone to make a contract with this company. Absolutely ripoff

I was completely locked out of my trading account after my withdrawal request got rejected. It felt like my entire investment was at risk. COVSECLTD * COM put me at ease. They checked in frequently, communicated clearly, and never hurried me. They guided me through every stage of the procedure and even offered assistance with simple tasks like email recovery. Companies that treat senior citizens with as much tolerance and respect are hard to come by these days. I appreciate their assistance and candor.

TERRIBLE! Their communication process is ridiculously overcomplicated to make you loose track and miss payments. They won't just email the bill like every other company. Instead they send you a link, which takes you to their website, where you have to log in, then find the account section, then go through a list of documents, none of which are labeled with the bill date or amount, but instead you must download the pdf document just to receive your monthly bill! Then if you miss one they add insane late charges for hundred of pounds without warning or providing sufficient breakdown of how they are even calculated. Then they threaten you with disconnection which comes with an additional £420 fee on top for the disconnection. We finally just left them after hours on the phone fighting the disconnection charge and I'm so happy to never deal with these sheisters ever again!

I was out of the country and I could't open my emails and I didi't have a direct debit settled, my mistake. I was charged £100 after 2 months, which I think it's right. But the company charged me £422 on the 3rd month. So now I've to pay £877 instead then £340, well, something like that. I think this is a robber for a 11 years loyal customer.

I was provided with top-notch service and they presented information that was very detailed and informative and they made me feel very confident in them because "" Mrs. Presley Jossie "" provided constant updates about the process and how to tackle the situation. Their approach is so multi-faceted they will cover all angles to retrieve your money. I have already recovered a total of 75,000 Euros and they are still continuing to provide really great service and I feel very confident in them. My husband used Castle Water as his water supplier to his office. After my husband died unexpectedly, they were notified. They then didnt send notification of bills to either my husbands email address or mine (or send hard copy letters). The office remained empty and the first I knew about the money owed was when I visited the office and discovered a dissconnection letter which included a staggering £809 for late payment charges on a debt of around £150!!! (over the course of less than 4 months). They had zero sympathy for my situation and suggested that I consider this a learning exercise!! I will be referring this to CC Water. If you are intending using Castlewater, I suggest you watch out for the sharks coming through your taps! Absolutely appalling!! Do not use!!!

Please read!!! These people are scammers and will keep everything you deposit with them. Stay well clear. The worst company to ever deal with regards to bill payment,you can never negotiate any payment plan which is reasonable and affordable, instead they ask u to.pay the whole bill of half of it then payment plan which is ridiculous after they would have send u a letter to say u can have payment plan in place..They never consider your situation why u can't pay the bill in full.If I cud give 0 star I wud.

I open account with them 10 october after waiting for my bill 21 December I receive bailiff letter says I owe them £566 I contact with castle water customer service people not helping they said i am on pepperless bill that's why I didn't receive bill I have to pay full amount.my usage only £159 pounds rest is late payment and bailiff this company just scam

IF I CAN GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD - THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE BANNED FROM TRADING. MY BILL IN ONE MONTH WENT FROM £178 TO £866 !! APPARENTLY DUE TO ACCOUNT BEING PASSED TO A CREDIT AGENCY (WHICH I NEVER HEARD OF/FROM). I HAVE NOW HAD TO PAY WITH MY CREDIT CARD 50% OF THE BALANCE PLUS ARRANGE A MONTHLY FEE.

It's a shame we can't give 'zero' stars Castle Water are a nightmare, after moving me to monthly billing from 6 monthly billing without notifying me they keep adding late payment charges. I've wasted 4 months emailing to dispute the late payment charges on my account (which is in credit - but they estimate it and send incorrect bill). They add £50 to £120 at a whim, their online bills are impossible to understand, they are no better than scammers. They are now threatening disconnection and I am getting regular emails demanding money I don't owe. Their appears to be no way to escalate a complaint and they will not provide a deadlock letter. I'm forwarding my complaint to OFWAT. I would advise anybody who is with them to change supplier and anyone looking for business supply - do not use Castle Water.
