“The cats love their new cat flap. It looks good and is quiet. Fingers crossed it will last longer than the other brands we have tried. The man on the phone was very helpful in his instructions of building a purpose built tunnel through the wall - also looks great. Thank you.”

“I have two dogs and a cat so the dogmate was the right product for me. The dog flap was easy to fit and far better than some I've had in the past. The brush seal around the flap means it's operation is quiet and doesn't let in drafts. Very pleased”

“As long as you continue to use Yodel, who seem to be the only courier service in the UK that (a) cannot give a delivery slot and (b) cannot leave items in a safe place, then I will not be using your service again. You really need to investigate other couriers who can do both these things - We're all busy people can do not like having to wait in all day for a delivery which could be at any time.”

“Having ordered a replacement flap for a well used Catmate cat flap, I found that the frame was also cracked and I should have ordered the complete thing. Having phoned Catflaps in a bit of a flap, a very helpful person retrieved the order from dispatch and sorted out my re-order. Great service all round.”

“None of my dogs were strong enough to actually push through the flap and the noise terrified all three of them. If a Staffordshire bull terrier cannot access the door a standard Yorkshire terrier and a Chihuahua certainly cannot. Sales desk very unhelpful. Said I could spend another £60 on battery pack otherwise leave electric cables across my floor to reach plug. Information on original website definitely does not state needs socket right by door. Rubbish, so disappointed as I picked what I thought was the best one.”
