“Catflaps.co.uk turned out to be an excellent supplier to make our kitty happy. Efficient; reliable; contactable; everything was as it should be. It's great to have such a good company with product made in Britain. They delivered on time, as they said they would. They replied to emails and questions. Provided tracker number to the delivery. Perfect. They were easy to find on the internet when searching. Reasonably priced. I'm very pleased with my purchase.”

“I have never had such bad customer service in my life! Placed an order online for an item which was showing as in stock. Had a confirmation email. Then had No further communication. Delivery was delayed by 2 weeks and not one person had the decency to informe me. When I emailed I had the bluntest reply with no apology. No offer of a refund or partial refund. Not even a sorry! Then when the delivery did eventually make it (they use Yodel couriers) the box was squashed as there was no protective wrapping. Still not had a sorry. Not had a further reply to my email or Facebook message. Would not recommend and would avoid at all costs! Quick to take my money but not quick to resolve issues their customers have.”

“I am moving house & taking my microchip cat flap with me so needed a replacement for the door. I ordered this one as my friend did the same & recommended it. I have not yet put this in but as we both had the same I assuming it will be fine. A great price & quick delivery.”
