“Place order on Monday and received Thursday. Cat flap was exactly as describe. Fitted in the wall very easy to fit. My only criticism is the tunnel came in 50mm sections. Think it might be better if it was one piece and cut to length. And better way of finishing the outside.”

“CatFlaps were great, good communication via email regarding the status of delivery but they need to use a better distribution company - Yodel are not good, they managed to deliver my flap to my holidaying neighbours despite it needing a signature! I telephoned them to find out where it was, they took my contact details but did not bother to get back to me (Hopeless!)”
