“I consider the services of this shop very poor for the purchase I have made. I ordered 2 items mid December 2014 and was assured it will arrive first week of January. This was important, as one of the items was a cat flap for a door we had to keep open all the time and was cooling the house down and wanted to avoid the heavy winter temperatures and loss of heat in the house and waste of money on heating as a result! As the weeks kept passing I was given new delivery dates, but none turned out to be true. The items eventually arrived at the end of January 2015 and we weren't even offered a discount/money back or free shipping. I am very disappointed and will not be purchasing from here again. Such a shame! Turns out the cat flap was still at the manufacturers, being safety checked (for 6 weeks!!!!), but the fact that this item was out of stock at the shop was not included on the website, so major attention to this and if you need something urgently, then I recommend you call them first!!! I would have purchased from somewhere else had I known.”

“Staywell cat flap bought to replace 12 year old Staywell flap. Easy to fit into existing cut-out in double glazed door panel. If this one lasts as long as previous cat flap, with constant use by two cats, I'll be very happy. Good product at reasonable price.”

“I'm having to get a replacement from Pet Mate; the double flashing light that is meant to indicate that the sensors need cleaning, has been going off since the catflap was fitted, last week. I hope the replacement one is ok. On the plus side, the intruder cat can't get in.”
