“The dog flap was the best value on the Internet. I received an immediate reply when I placed the order and it was sent by courier very quickly. I was sent messages informing me when the delivery was going to take place and to confirm it had been delivered. I can highly recommend this company.”

“Ordering was very straight forward, however when my order was delivered it was the wrong item and delivery note. On calling the company the lady I spoke to was very helpful and quickly resolved the problem posting out my item first class, that i received the next day and enclosing a freepost envelope for me to return the incorrect item. Excellent customer service and that is sadly rare nowadays. Thank you.”

“I contacted "CatFlaps" via their website to confirm some technical detail (item is to replace an existing, but discontinued, model), and they responded promptly with clear information, and a link to correct replacement model. Item ordered and arrived within two days. Cannot fault such service. And, considering the item to be replaced is some 20+ years old (had to replace the flap insert once, but now completely broken by an over zealous cat), if the new one lasts as long than the product cannot be faulted either.”

“Easy and straightforward order system and a quick and convenient delivery. Only adverse comment is that the on-line product listing didn't show that we could order a small replacement part for one of the items rather than buy the whole unit, but as we suspect the price differential in this case was very small it is not a problem.”

“I purchased a Petpod from Argos last year but they've stopped stocking them so I found them online instead. This version is slightly larger than my previous one but that isn't a problem. I was most impressed by the speed at which they arrived. I think it was the next day, really quick.”

“Very fast and efficient service, arrived within 2 days. Great cat flap, this replaced a 6 year old infra red flap, and fitted perfectly in the same hole. Has a good range from the collar fob. Stops other cats from getting in. Would highly recommend.”

“I have just fitted the large Aluminium unit into a UPVC half glazed door. Had a few issues, one being that did not realize it had a guillotine cover to lock it, this made it awkward to fit in anything other than a flush door. In order to fit it to my door had to use some frame packing to over come the depth difference above where my door bottom panel is recessed. Perhaps web site could make this clear. I have to say I am not a fan of the nylon through bolts with aluminium friction nuts. I hope they do not fail over time. On the plus side it seems to be fairly draft proof once fitted which was a deciding factor in replacing the last flap made by a different firm.”
