“i had hoped the anti barking devise would work on my two dogs who bark when people come to the door but unfortunately it was a flop. the sound did nothing to them and i am planning to return it if i can”

“Well what can I say .its the correct size but wasnt easy to fit at all. Had to take whole unit out of door then still had a real job to get it fitted back in . now it dosent flap unfortunately .don't know why .?? Will come inward on door but won't flap back to go out?? Seems if we took the brush off the outside might flap .will try some when??”

“I wanted to replace a cat door that was fitted through a wall. We got 'visitors'. I enquired about this and was assured by someone on the phone that it was a straight swop. I bought the part as I was told. IT DID NOT FIT. I telephoned the company, to be told it never would fit!! Fortunately I have a very handy husband who has altered it and made it fit. No help from the company, and my cat has difficulty using it, as the magnet has to touch the plate to trigger it to release, and then it shuts off again very quickly. My cat is a little slow and cannot push the door quickly enough. Not a good purchase.”

“This a very nicely designed catflap which is quite easy to install (see comments below) and easy for us and the cat to use. The white finish complements the metal/pvc back door very nicely. This was a replacement for a a previous Staywell model 20 which had been in use for some 10-12 years. It was difficult to get advice about the dismantling of the old model - no one seemed to know the specifications. But it turns out that the design is exactly the same (cosmetic differences only) and the instruction book for the new model applies equally to the old.”

“We have used Master Plastics for the replacement of the Cat Flaps in our 20 pen Cattery, also for other items. The website is straight foreward and easy to understand and use. They are very prompt on dispatching the items and we receive them within 2 days of ordering. The goods are always well packaged so no damage and always correct to the order. So no returns. Would reccomend.”
