“the perfect product, packaged well and delivered promptly. I bought a replace catflap unit to replace one which was getting old and tired. This new one was easy to fit in exactly the same hole in the double glazing unit where the old one used to be. With this catflap you have to watch out for two things when fitting. 1) Make sure the door control is in the closed both ways (4) position, or the control wont rotate if you instal it in any other position, and 2) make sure you dont use the supplied longer screws, as this can potentially really damage your new purchase before you even get it installed. The use of screw depends on where you are fitting it, solid wall, glass, wooden door, etc., so be careful and logical. think it through before screwing!”

“Easy to fit. Good quality. Our only issue is getting the cats to use it!! The 'click' when cat puts head towards the cat flap to open it frightens them and they run away.”

“I received a card through my door on Saturday between 1. & 3 pm. On this card I was told they would try again later. I stayed home from 3.15 until I went to bed and no further attempt to deliver was made. I had called the mobile number from the text message and it went immediately to voice mail on both tries. I sent a text requesting the package be left in ashes in the back garden. Nothing!,!!! Called the number again and it went immediately to voice mail. Very very poor service.”

“Easy to fit - Good Price - no draughts and looks smart. 4 way system is good apart from the fact my clever cat can open it from the inside when it is on 'in only' by pawing it until she can lift it and escape ! Apart from that I am very happy with the product.”

“Cat flap easy to install after persuading cats to go through the tunnel. The design is sleek and my neighbour who actually fitted it for me very impressed by the quality and design. After putting it into trial run for just one day cats soon just used to using it but were a little bit more nervous when the chip in operation and they heard the click but after about half and hour were happy to use it”
