“delivery fairly prompt, goods well packed”

“This, no fuss, easy to fit, inexpensive, well designed cat-flap was purchased as a replacement for one of the two I purchased approximately 20 years ago. The previous one was still working but looking a bit shabby. What else can I say, other than I was delighted to find this model was still available. Once the one in the conservatory fails or looks too grubby, I will definitely by the same one again.”

“This the third flap we have ordered and no it's not because the product is bad. The grandkids try to follow the animals out of the flap and it is not designed for a kids exit. Great product, quick service and no hassle. Remember to get you flap before ordering your double glazing, so you can give it to the manufacturer. Know a couple of people who didn't , so don't have a cat flap fitted to there new conservatory .”

“I didn't even know this company existed until my rottie tried going out the car flap on Christmas eve! Even better, I didn't know you could just buy the flap, I thought I'd have to get a whole new unit. Even though my car flap is about ten years old they still had replacement doors. I thought it might be tricky to fit, but I read other reviews that said it was easy, and although it feels like it won't go in it did actually only take me a few minutes to fit it. Ordered it 7pm on 24th Dec (thur), arrived 2nd Jan, which is very good when you consider all the non-working days. All in all very pleased.”
