“Very prompt delivery. The Tracking didn't work on my phone but did work on my Desktop. I didn't understand about Express delivery, normal delivery was 2-3 days but no explanation of what paying the extra for express delivery meant. Anyway we got it quickly so thanks”

“Easy to fit,easy to register cat's microchip but my cat refuses to go through it i don't think she likes the tunnel.”

“Last time we went on holiday, half the cats in the neighbourhood came in to party in our house, so this time I wanted a microchip activated catflap to keep the others out. I chipped the cat and ordered the catflap within the period advertised for delivery before we went away. Unfortunately, the catflap arrived several days late, so we went on holiday and missed the delivery. Tomorrow we'll find out what the local cats have done to our house this time! I rather wish I had paid more and bought the catflap in Pets at Home.”

“When I read the description on the product I realised that the range is only 10-12 cms. Once I worked out what that is in inches I began to worry that it is inadequate. I tried to phone and discuss my concerns but got no reply. I did complete the online contact option but have had no response. I intend to return the product instead of exchanging it as I had originally intended.”

“This is our second purchase of the same model. Perfect for our needs and actually looks good in our door. The only reason it's a 4 and not a 5 is that as time went on it started to eat batteries to the extent that they lasted only days. And these are good quality batteries - Duracell.”
